allow users to select other relevant users to be notified of changes

Reference to record through email records as attachment and URL links

Send single or multiple records as email attachments using email clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. Or you can send URL links when clicked will bring the user straight to that record.

The recipient of the email or the URL link will need to have relevant access rights to access the record. Thus, keeping the security and integrity of records that were send to other users.
